The concerts of The Rackajam band are vibrated by their love of the rock’n’roll revolution and the Hungarian culture. Hence, the music of Jimi Hendrix blends perfectly with the lyrics of the poet Petőfi as well as with the folk music of Kalotaszeg, Transylvania. Their music is a fusion of country, reggae, rhytm&blues, funky, hip-hop, rock ’n’ roll, groove elements and Hungarian folk music. An evening spent with them is rich in information, humour. The poet János Lackfi was the one to formulate perhaps most precisely the essence of the Petőfi songs performed during their concerts: "The Petőfi industry has been supplying for decades songs that have been tamed for weddings.
