Step into the creative world of two artists at the “Artelier” exhibition and ephemeral workshops. A unique immersion into their worlds, on the upper floors of the Lupinette concept store in Uccle.

RUBEN VOKA ON THE FIRST FLOOR
Philippe Marissens, aka Ruben Voka, is a Brussels-based illustrator known for his approach to black and white. Passionate about paper drawing since always, he has developed his technique, sensitivity, and patience through the exploration of line art.

He creates contrasts using bold pencils and markers, and plays with textures to highlight the beauty of bodies, the richness of Black culture, and the expression of movement.

YVES GALLARD ON THE SECOND FLOOR
Yves Gallard is a Brussels-based mural artist known for his abstract creations that blend fluid lines and complex geometric shapes. His work, created on walls or paper, is characterized by moiré effects and overlays of vibrant colors, resulting in immersive and dynamic pieces.

Through compositions mixing rhythms and textures, Yves explores the boundary between art and invention, developing handmade tools to draw lines and create forms, transforming urban spaces with a unique visual aesthetic.

RUBEN VOKA AU PREMIER ÉTAGE
Philippe Marissens, aka Ruben Voka, est un illustrateur bruxellois qui se distingue par son approche du noir et blanc. Passionné par le dessin papier depuis toujours, il développe sa technique, sa sensibilité et sa patience en explorant le line art.

Il crée des contrastes à l'aide de crayons gras et de feutres, et joue avec les textures pour mettre en lumière la beauté des corps, la richesse de la culture noire et l’expression du mouvement.

YVES GALLARD AU DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE
Yves Gallard est un artiste muraliste basé à Bruxelles, connu pour ses créations abstraites mêlant des lignes fluides et des formes géométriques complexes. Son travail, réalisé sur murs ou sur papier, se caractérise par des effets de moiré et des superpositions de couleurs vibrante, donnant naissance à des œuvres immersives et dynamiques.

À travers des compositions mêlant rythmes et textures, Yves explore la frontière entre art et invention, développant des outils manuel pour tracer des lignes et créer des formes, transformant les espaces urbains avec une esthétique visuelle unique.
