After their highly acclaimed appearance at the festival in 2022, the Cie Furinkaï are back with veStiges, a poetic performance poised between dance and circus.


A solo performance. A song of curves for unconventional spaces. A composition about circular movement and its amplitudes. From small to large, from near to far. From the intimate to the elaborate.
This piece explores all that which turns, circles, twists and tangles, what rotation does to a body… and what the body does with rotation. That which rolls up from the distance and that which escapes from memory under the effect of an eccentric or a concentric force.



Satchie Noro will be available for an audience discussion after the performance.

Après leur passage très apprécié en 2022, la Cie Furinkaï est de retour au festival avec veStiges, un spectacle poétique à mi-chemin entre danse et cirque.


Une pièce solo-s. Un chant des courbes pour des espaces hors-mesure. Une composition sur le mouvement circulaire et ses amplitudes. Du petit au grand, du proche au lointain, de l'intime au développé.
Cette pièce explore ce qui tourne, circule, s’arrondit, s'entortille et s'emmêle. Ce que fabrique la rotation avec un corps et ce que le corps fabrique comme rotation. Ce qui s'enroule du lointain. Ce qui s’échappe de la mémoire sous l’effet d’une force ex ou concentrique.



À l’issue de la représentation, Satchie Noro offrira un temps d’échange avec le public.

Na hun opgemerkte optreden in 2022 keert de Cie Furinkaï terug naar het festival met veStiges, een betoverende voorstelling die het midden houdt tussen dans en circus.



Een solostuk voor twee.
Een lied van wentelingen voor onconventionele ruimtes
Een compositie gewijd aan cirkelvormige bewegingen en hun wijdte,
van klein tot groot, van dichtbij tot veraf, van ingetogen tot uitbundig.
Een werk dat de vele facetten van het draaien verkent,
wat rotatie met een lichaam doet.... en het lichaam met rotatie.
Datgene wat opduikt vanuit de verte, en dat wat uit het geheugen ontsnapt onder invloed van excentrische of concentrische krachten.



Aan het einde van de voorstelling gaat Satchie Noro in gesprek met het publiek.
