mijn vader getroffen door longkanker. De tumor werd ontdekt op 5 januari 2017;
op 1 juni van datzelfde jaar overleed hij. Mijn vader stierf samen met zijn
geliefde bergen.
winning machine. Edoardo Ripani

Description
It’s summer 2024 and Sir John Falstaff arrives at The Garter Hotel in Windsor with his henchmen, looking to scam some easy money by romancing two wealthy Windsor wives with his fading charms. When Mistress Ford and Mistress Page discover that Falstaff has written the same love letter to both of them, they decide to plot revenge.
Meanwhile the Host of the Garter Hotel enjoys setting up practical jokes between two regular guests, the Reverend Sir Hugh (a Welshman) and Doctor Caius (from France). A further guest, the elderly Justice Shallow, is there to find a suitable wife for his cellar-dwelling gamer nephew, Slender. At the same time, the Pages are seeking a suitable suitor for their daughter, Anne. Her father favours Slender, but her mother favours Doctor Caius. Surely - they think - anyone is better than Anne’s current squeeze, aristocratic ‘bad boy’ charmer Fenton.
Will the scatterbrained Ms. Quickly (personal message deliverer to all of them) manage to get the right messages to the right people? Who will marry Anne? Who will emerge as the top practical joker? Will Falstaff’s scheming succeed? Come and enjoy Shakespeare’s light frothy farce!
