In 2022 is het straatkunstenfestival Voenk aan haar negende editie toe. Zak op zondag 29 mei af naar het Kardinaal Mercierplein voor een nieuwe topeditie met straattheater, circus en muziek. Op het programma: Barbara Probst met Histoire d'eau, Tuur Florizoone & Juliana Joseph met aCORDES!, Bisous pour Mamie met Jongle Beat, Tripotes la Compagnie met Encore une fois, Cie Airblow met Diabolooping & Bounce da Beat, Ardestop met Réalité, Circus Marcel met Home made en Borokov.

Une invitation pour un fantastique voyage à la découverte des arts du cirque
traditionnel. Spectacle sous chapiteau, déambulations clownesques et animations
diverses.
Événement organisé en collaboration avec la famille Chabri dans le cadre de la
Fête du printemps.
Les tickets pour le spectacle sous chapiteau seront disponibles au stand
d’Archipel 19, le jour même à partir de 12h.
Carré de je est un hymne à la complicité, à l‘union fraternelle. Dans un espace
simple et brut, se retrouvent deux frères. Seuls ou à l’unisson, ils développent
un langage acrobatique en se confrontant l‘un à l‘autre pour mieux témoigner de
leur lien. Dans un univers visuel et graphique plein d‘imaginaire, confusion et
connexion s‘entrecroisent jusqu‘à semer le trouble et bousculer nos repères.
Mélange des corps, acrobaties en boucles, on ne discerne plus celui qui mène la
danse et celui qui suit, celui qui porte, celui qui vole dans les airs… Avec
eux, équilibres, main à main et jeux icariens font résonner engagement et
affrontement autant qu’étreinte et complicité pour mieux explorer, non sans
humour, les arcanes de leur dualité. La lumière s’en mêle, le tapis glisse…

Le Centre culturel de Ganshoren La Villa et le Service Prévention de la commune
de Ganshoren s’associent pour célébrer le 17 mai, journée internationale de
lutte contre l’homophobie, la lesbophobie, la transphobie et la biphobie !
Le 17 mai est la date symbolique choisie pour commémorer la décision de l’OMS de
ne plus considérer l’homosexualité comme une maladie mentale (17/05/1990).
Depuis, cette journée a pour but de promouvoir des actions de sensibilisation et
de prévention pour lutter contre l’homophobie, la lesbophobie, la biphobie et la
transphobie.
La Villa, en collaboration avec le service prévention de la commune de
Ganshoren, souhaite également célébrer cette date qui sera sous le signe de la
diversité, de l’inclusivité, de la bienveillance, de la rencontre, du partage,
de la convivialité… de toutes les couleurs du drapeau LGBTQIA+
14h – 15h30 : Inauguration du passage piéton Arc-en-ciel (Arrêt de bus SORENSEN)
17h – 19h : Atelier d’écriture slam en non-mixité choisie QUEER à La Villa –
Pour les personnes sexisées LGBTQIA+ uniquement. (Avec Agojie (Elle) du
collectif Slameke)
20h : Concert Scène ouverte Slam/Open mic ouvert à toustes animé par Slâme
dérisoire, notre MC du jour (Elle/Ielle) du collectif Slameke. Un texte dit = Un

in elkaar om 17 mei te vieren, de Internationale Dag tegen Homofobie,
Lesbofobie, Transfobie en Bifobie!
17 mei is de symbolische datum die werd gekozen om de beslissing van de WHO te
herdenken om homoseksualiteit niet langer als een mentale ziekte te beschouwen
(17/05/1990). Sindsdien is het doel van deze dag het bevorderen van
bewustmakings- en preventie-initiatieven om homofobie, lesbofobie, bifobie en
transfobie te bestrijden.
De Villa, in samenwerking met de preventiedienst van de gemeente Ganshoren, wil
ook deze datum vieren, die in het teken zal staan van diversiteit,
inclusiviteit, welwillendheid, ontmoetingen, delen en gezelligheid - in alle
kleuren van de LGBTQIA+ vlag.

In this double bill, we are asked to rethink the relationship with our hands and
reflect on their role in the present, past and future.
By touching, we create relationships of proximity while distancing ourselves
from the rest of our surroundings. But our touch is increasingly mediated by
technologies that change how we experience ourselves and others. In Begüm
Erciyas’ performance Hands Made, the hands of the audience will take centre
stage. Accompanied by a soundtrack, spectators are asked to observe their hand
and that of their neighbour, creating an effect of intimacy and alienation.
Separated from the rest of the body, our hands become the focus of a reflection
on handwork and touch. What have these hands been busy with? Who or what will
they touch in the future?
Nothing But Fingers is the other half of this double bill, a performance by
visual artist Moe Satt. He became fascinated by the role of hand gestures in
South African hunting communication as well as traditional dance in Myanmar and
Southeast Asia, where human gestures can take animal forms. With dancer Liah
Frank, he explores the expressive potential of hands and their ability to direct
energy flows in the body, an extraordinary choreography in which the hands
dictate the rest of the body until the final surrender.

repenser la relation à nos mains et à réfléchir à leur rôle dans le présent, le
passé et le futur.
Dans Hands Made de Begüm Erciyas, les mains du public occupent une place
centrale : guidé·es par une bande sonore, les spectateur·ices observent une de
leur main et celle de leurs voisin·es, ce qui leur permet d’explorer des
sentiments d’intimité et d’aliénation. Isolées du reste du corps, nos mains
deviennent le centre d’une réflexion sur le travail manuel et le toucher. À quoi
s’affairent-elles ? Qui ou quoi toucheront-elles à l’avenir ? En attirant notre
attention sur notre toucher, de nouveaux rapports de proximité s’installent et
la perception de ce qui nous entoure en sort modifiée.
Nothing But Fingers est une performance du plasticien Moe Satt, qui a développé
une recherche sur les gestes de mains utilisés dans la communication de chasse
en Afrique du Sud et dans la danse traditionnelle de Birmanie et d’Asie du
Sud-Est, où les gestes humains peuvent adopter des formes animales. Avec la
danseuse Liah Frank, il explore le potentiel expressif des mains et leur faculté
à diriger l’énergie à travers le corps. Une chorégraphie délicate, dans laquelle
les mains commandent le reste du corps jusqu’à l’abandon total.

In deze double bill worden we uitgenodigd om onze relatie tot onze handen te
heroverwegen en stil te staan bij hun rol in heden, verleden en toekomst.
Door aan te raken, creëren we relaties van nabijheid waardoor we uit onze
omgeving treden. In toenemende mate worden onze aanrakingen echter beïnvloed
door technologieën die de manier waarop we onszelf en anderen waarnemen,
veranderen. In Hands Made van Begüm Erciyas spelen de handen van het publiek de
hoofdrol. Begeleid door een soundtrack observeren de toeschouwers hun hand en
die van hun buur, wat tegelijk een effect van intimiteit en vervreemding tot
stand brengt. Geïsoleerd van de rest van het lichaam worden onze handen het
middelpunt van een reflectie over handwerk en tastzin. Waar zijn deze handen mee
bezig geweest, en wie of wat zullen ze in de toekomst aanraken?
Nothing But Fingers is een performance van beeldend kunstenaar Moe Satt. Hij
raakte gefascineerd door de rol van handgebaren in Zuid-Afrikaanse
jachtcommunicatie en in traditionele dans in Myanmar en Zuidoost-Azië, waarbij
menselijke gebaren dierlijke vormen kunnen aannemen. Samen met danseres Liah
Frank onderzoekt hij hun expressieve potentieel en vermogen om energiestromen in
het lichaam te sturen. Een bijzondere choreografie waarin de handen de rest van
het lichaam dicteren, tot de finale overgave.

plateaux organisés en Belgique. Chaque humoriste aura 20 minutes pour vous faire
découvrir son univers.
Le Comedy Ket a sélectionné pour vous 4 humoristes de talent qui joueront chacun
15 minutes afin de vous faire rire pendant une heure. Le concept de la nocturne
est simple: vous faire passer un moment de rire et de détente afin de bien
commencer votre week-end. Alors venez avec votre bonne humeur et nous on se
chargera du reste.
Plateau de stand up où chaque humoriste aura 8 minutes, pas une de plus ou de
moins pour te convaincre. Pour cette soirée, nous avons sélectionné nos
humoristes coup de cœur.

kings and queens, between activism and entertainment, between laughter and
anger, they practice a form of drag that evolves with the issues in their daily
lives. They offer a version of the story to their liking, without excuse and
purely subjective, far from the ambient heteronormativity.

Sarah Bekambo, a creative talent from Leuven, has made her mark in the Spoken
Word scene as both a performer and a writer. She thrives in hip-hop culture,
from breaking to MC’ing, and has also excelled as a curator and event organizer.
Her infectious enthusiasm and passion for culture make her a dynamic host,
captivating audiences with her energy and presence. Whether on stage or behind
the scenes, Sarah knows how to turn any event into a memorable experience. In
