Who is following whom? Who is listening to whom? Who sees whom and what? In Voie, Voix, Vois, musician Antoine Leroy, performer Gaël Santisteva and multidisciplinary artist Saaber Bachir create a visual and sound apparatus to explore – and deconstruct – together the relationships of power and legitimacy. 

Using a sound system column to revisit the art of ventriloquism, they take the time to listen to each other and try to understand each other. The result is an absurd dialogue in which the words of the one with the disability are mixed on an equal footing with those of the other protagonists. 

Somewhere between performance, stand-up, theatre, choreography and embroidery, the show invites us to play with shapes and differences and to turn the stage into a more inclusive meeting place.

Qui suit qui ? Qui écoute qui ? Qui voit qui et quoi ? Dans Voie, Voix, Vois, le musicien Antoine Leroy, le performeur Gaël Santisteva et l’artiste pluridisciplinaire Saaber Bachir créent un dispositif visuel et sonore afin d’explorer - et déconstruire - ensemble les rapports de pouvoir et de légitimité. 

À l’aide d’une colonne sound system, en détournant l’art de la ventriloquie, ils prennent le temps de s’écouter et d’essayer de se comprendre. Naît alors un dialogue absurde dans lequel la parole de celui qui porte un handicap se mêle à égalité à celle des autres protagonistes. 

Entre performance, stand-up, théâtre, chorégraphie et broderie, le spectacle invite à jouer avec les formes et les diverses potentialités et à faire de la scène un espace de rencontre plus inclusif.

In Voie, Voix, Vois creëren muzikant Antoine Leroy, performer Gaël Santisteva en multidisciplinair kunstenaar Saaber Bachir een visueel en audiotoestel om samen de verhoudingen van macht en legitimiteit te onderzoeken en te deconstrueren. 

Met behulp van een kolom met een geluidsinstallatie en de kunst van het buikspreken nemen ze de tijd om naar elkaar te luisteren en elkaar proberen te begrijpen. Het resultaat is een absurde dialoog waarin de woorden van de persoon met een beperking op gelijke voet worden vermengd met die van de andere protagonisten. 

De show, een mix van performance, stand-up, theater, choreografie en borduurwerk, is een uitnodiging om te spelen met vormen en verschillen en om van het podium een meer inclusieve ontmoetingsplaats te maken.
