La meute

After 19xBXL, Les Halles welcomes back the duo t.r.a.n.s.i.t.s.c.a.p.e (Pierre Larauza and Emmanuelle Vincent) with La meute, their new choreographic creation for 6 performers set to the live music of Summer Satana.

Let's seize the urgency of acting as living beings, with the collective at the centre. La meute is an experiment in the power of being together. It's a social pact advocating emancipation from captivity and domestication, free from the myth of the traditional family and the conventions imposed by society. 

For this creation, the pair went to observe a pack of wolves in the Białowieża forest in Poland. Emmanuelle and Pierre invite the audience to be on the lookout for the slightest movement. The audience will witness the doubts, joys and search for balance of a group trying to make society. 

For an even more immersive experience, bring your (silent) camera or binoculars!

Après 19xBXL, les Halles accueillent à nouveau le binôme t.r.a.n.s.i.t.s.c.a.p.e (Pierre Larauza et Emmanuelle Vincent) avec La meute, leur nouvelle création chorégraphique pour 6 peformeur·euses sur la musique live de Summer Satana.

Saisissons l’urgence d’agir en être vivant·es, le collectif au centre. La meute est une expérience sur la puissance d’être ensemble. Un pacte social qui prône l’émancipation pour s’affranchir de la captivité et de la domestication, hors du mythe de la famille traditionnelle et des conventions imposées par la société. 

Pour cette création, le binôme est allé observer une meute de loups et louves dans la forêt de Białowieża en Pologne. Emmanuelle et Pierre invitent les spectateur·ices à se mettre à l’affût du moindre mouvement. Le public sera témoin des doutes, des joies et de la recherche d’un équilibre d’un groupe qui cherche à faire société. 

Afin de pousser l’immersion encore plus loin dans cette expérience, vous pouvez venir avec votre appareil photo (silencieux) ou votre paire de jumelles !

Na 19xBXL verwelkomt Les Halles opnieuw het duo t.r.a.n.s.i.t.s.c.a.p.e (Pierre Larauza en Emmanuelle Vincent) met La meute, hun nieuwe choreografische creatie voor 6 performers op live muziek van Summer Satana.

Laten we de urgentie grijpen om te handelen als levende wezens, met het collectief in het middelpunt. La meute is een experiment in de kracht van samenzijn. Het is een sociaal pact dat pleit voor emancipatie van gevangenschap en domesticatie, vrij van de mythe van het traditionele gezin en de conventies opgelegd door de maatschappij. 

Voor deze creatie ging het duo een wolvenroedel observeren in het bos van Białowieża in Polen. Emmanuelle en Pierre nodigen het publiek uit om op de uitkijk te staan voor de kleinste beweging. Het publiek is getuige van de twijfels, vreugde en zoektocht naar evenwicht van een groep die probeert een samenleving te vormen.
