AMVK will discuss this new public work with Michelle Cotton along the state of digital art in Belgium and her new publication 33 vrouwenreeksen, published by Bruno Devos. Cotton and AMVK previously worked together on the exhibition The Policeman's Beard is Half Constructed - Kunst im Zeitalter künstlicher Intelligenz at Kunstverein Bonn in 2017.
Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven's work has been shown in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Belgium and abroad. Her work can be found in numerous private and public collections.
Michelle Cotton is currently Director of Artistic Programmes and Content at MUDAM in Luxembourg. From 2010 to 2015, Cotton was senior curator at Firstsite in Colchester, England, before becoming director of Kunstverein in Bonn, Germany, from 2015 to 2019. In the summer of 2024, she will become director of the Kunsthalle in Vienna, Austria.

La FAÇADE d'AMVK explore la façon dont les mythes, les souvenirs, le terroir façonnent Bruxelles, comment cette infrastructure affecte les citadin·es, et comment ils et elles changent la ville en retour. AMVK dialogue avec Michelle Cotton autour de cette nouvelle œuvre dans l’espace public mais aussi de l’art digital en Belgique et de sa nouvelle publication 33 vrouwenreeksen parue chez Bruno Devos. Cotton et AMVK ont travaillé ensemble auparavant pour l’exposition The Policeman’s Beard is Half Constructed - Kunst im Zeitalter künstlicher Intelligenz au Kunstverein Bonn en 2017.
Le travail d’Anne-Mie Van Kerckhoven a été présenté lors de nombreuses expositions monographiques et d’expositions collectives en Belgique et à l’étranger. Son travail fait partie de nombreuses collections privées comme publiques.
Michelle Cotton est actuellement directrice des programmes artistiques et des contenus au MUDAM au Luxembourg. De 2010 à 2015, Cotton était curatrice senior à Firstsite à Colchester en Angleterre, avant de diriger le Kunstverein à Bonn en Allemagne de 2015 à 2019. À l’été 2024, elle deviendra la directrice de la Kunsthalle de Vienne en Autriche.
