One rope – four bodies – always connected.

Four young performers, all connected by a rope, set in motion a chain of movements with circus and dance. One action provokes the next, unhinges the other, or gives just the slightest push needed to stay upright. Each performer is part of a larger machine. Until the breaking point arrives, and the machine stalls...
The performance Systema needs only a minimal set-up – a rope dangling from the ceiling – to touch on big themes of emotional connection and intimacy.
Framing Effekt, one of the most exciting new circus collectives, has a strong ambition to highlight urgent social issues in their performances.

Une corde - quatre corps - toujours reliés.

Quatre jeunes artistes reliés par une corde déclenchent une réaction en chaîne de mouvements, avec du cirque et de la danse. Une action entraîne la suivante, déséquilibre l’autre ou fournit juste la poussée nécessaire pour rester debout. Chaque artiste interagit comme la pièce d’une grande machine. Jusqu’à ce que le point de rupture soit atteint et que la machine se bloque…

Avec une installation minimale, une corde qui pend au plafond, le spectacle Systema aborde des thèmes essentiels comme l’attachement et le besoin d’intimité.

Framing Effekt est l’un des nouveaux collectifs de cirque les plus passionnants du moment, dont l’ambition est de mettre en lumière des questions sociétales importantes dans ses spectacles.

Eén touw - vier lichamen - altijd verbonden.
Vier jonge performers verbonden met een touw starten een kettingreactie aan bewegingen met circus en dans. De ene actie lokt de volgende uit, brengt de ander uit balans, of geeft precies dat duwtje om rechtop te blijven. Elke performer functioneert als onderdeel van een grotere machine. Totdat het breekpunt wordt bereikt en de machine stokt…

Met een minimale opstelling, een touw dat aan het plafond bungelt, raakt de voorstelling Systema aan grote thema’s als emotionele verbondenheid en de behoefte aan intimiteit.


Framing Effekt is een van de spannendste nieuwe circuscollectieven op dit moment, met een sterke ambitie om relevante maatschappelijke vraagstukken te belichten in hun voorstellingen. Je verjaardag vieren met een  voorstelling ?
