Bumbo means bottom, claat is the jamaïcan pronounciation of cloth. Very mild swear word, but in Jamaica, where swearing is a very serious thing, a few 'rebels' managed to get away with bumboclaat, and it caught on.
Bumboclaat Party is the best of afrobeats, dancehall, amapiano with a touch of hiphop music. We bring you a warm energy, some hottest tracks by international deejays.

"Incoming is the Local Slang crew for yet another night on the edge of contemporary underground music culture. Local Slang highlights artists from the local and international scene with the aim of encouraging a sense of diversity without borders. This time, they welcome Darwin, the founder and curator of the renowned REEF collective in Berlin, returning to C12 after our first collaboration with Griessmuehle in 2019. Their second guest is the Brazilian DJ Cashu, making her debut at C12. She is the founder and resident of the Mamba Negra collective, a queer underground party based in São Paulo. Local Slang residents TOGO and DJ Takeaway will complete the night, walking the walk and talking the talk from dusk till dawn."

As we were highly impressed by Noizar's performance at Closer Kiev in summer 2021, we're excited to welcome him to our club for the first time. Noizar is the Wicked Bass label owner and lives and works in Amsterdam. Islas & Karla Böhm delivered one of our favorite sets on NYD 2024, and we're eagerly anticipating their warm-up set. Our former resident and Full Scale founder, Adema, returns to C12 after nearly a year to handle the closing.
