Rebis 7 - Arco Renz & Danielle Allouma

With REvolution 2349, dancer Danielle Allouma and choreographer Arco Renz explored the realms of possibility revolving around the key ‘D’ and its 2349.32 Hz frequency. Spanning an hour of circonvolutions around a fixed point, this dazzling performance challenged our senses and hypnotised our imaginations.

With the second instalment of their trilogy, REbis 7 (working title), they pursue their investigations into the rotating body. A spiritual, androgynous figure is confronted with the symbolism of the number 7. This visceral performance combines music, dance, and colours with original costumes and sculptures, paying tribute to the concept of metamorphosis by breaking away from traditional binary patterns.

This quest for freedom is an invitation to release control and touch with our fingertips a world that has yet to be built... with fervour.

Avec REvolution 2349, la danseuse Danielle Allouma et le chorégraphe Arco Renz avaient ouvert le champ des possibles autour de la note « Ré » et de sa fréquence de 2349,32 Hz. Pendant une heure, de circonvolutions en circonvolutions autour d’un point fixe, cette performance spectaculaire transformait nos perceptions sensorielles et nos imaginaires hypnotisés.

Cette fois, avec REbis 7 (titre provisoire), deuxième volet d’une trilogie, ils continuent leur recherche sur le corps en rotation. Une figure spirituelle et androgyne se confronte à la symbolique du chiffre 7. Mélangeant musique, danse et chromatisme à des costumes et des sculptures insolites, cette nouvelle performance viscérale est un hommage à la métamorphose, à l’émancipation des schémas binaires habituels.

Une quête de liberté qui invite au lâché prise pour toucher du bout des doigts un monde dont l’inconnu reste à construire… avec ferveur.

Met REvolution 2349 creëerden danseres Danielle Allouma en choreograaf Arco Renz een hele nieuwe wereld van mogelijkheden rond de muzieknoot 'Re’ en zijn frequentie van 2349,32 Hz. Een uur lang cirkelen rond een vast punt: deze spectaculaire voorstelling transformeerde onze zintuiglijke waarnemingen en hypnotiseerde onze verbeelding.

Met REbis 7 (working title), het tweede deel van een trilogie, zetten ze hun onderzoek naar het roterende lichaam voort. Een spirituele en androgyne figuur gaat de confrontatie aan met de symboliek van het getal 7. In deze intuïtieve performance wordt muziek, dans en chromatiek gecombineerd met originele kostuums en sculpturen, in een eerbetoon aan de metamorfose, waarbij de gebruikelijke binaire patronen worden doorbroken.

Het is een zoektocht naar vrijheid die ons uitnodigt om los te laten, om met onze vingertoppen een wereld aan te raken die nog moet geconstrueerd worden... met hartstocht.
