Ils seront notamment de passage à La Madeleine de Bruxelles le 26 septembre 2022 pour l’un de ces concerts exclusifs célébrant l’héritage de Joy Division.Peter Hook & The Light ont fait leurs débuts en mai 2010, en revisitant l’album culte de Joy Division « Unknown Pleasures » lors d’un concert caritatif en hommage au groupe. Depuis, ils interprètent chaque année en live de nouveaux albums du répertoire des anciens groupes de Hook, à savoir New Order et Joy Division. Peter Hook & The Light ont désormais repris chacun des albums de ces deux groupes et viennent d’achever une tournée mondiale consacrée aux compilations « Substance », sorties chez Factory Records.  Avant d’en arriver là, Hook, très attaché à ses anciens enregistrements, a donc repris « Closer », « Still », « Mouvement », « Power Corruption & Lies », « Low Life » et « Brotherhood ». Durant les 8 années qui ont suivi leur tout premier concert, Peter Hook and The Light ont enchaîné les tournées et comptent pas moins de 500 concerts à leur actif.The Light s’est donné pour mission de faire découvrir l’ancien répertoire de Hook à un nouveau public lors de concerts et festivals. Ils se sont ainsi déjà produits en tête d’affiche de Bestival, Primavera Sound, Benicassim, 1234 et d’autres festivals d’Europe et du monde entier. Le groupe s’est également embarqué dans des tournées en Europe, en Amérique du Nord et du Sud, en Chine, en Australie, en Nouvelle-Zélande et au Japon. They will be at La Madeleine in Brussels on 26 September 2022 for one of these exclusive concerts celebrating Joy Division's legacy.Peter Hook & The Light made their debut in May 2010, revisiting Joy Division's cult album 'Unknown Pleasures' at a charity concert in tribute to the band.
