Description

In Hommage à Brel’ brengen Filip Jordens en zijn formidabele muzikanten een meesterlijke ode aan de Belgische grootmeester van het Franse Chanson: Jacques Brel!

Het orkest en de zanger wervelen als een muzikale tornado doorheen de ogen, de oren en de harten van het publiek. Wanneer je Jordens op de scène bezig ziet en hoort, lijkt het even alsof Brel terug is.
Hij heeft diezelfde energieke jongensachtigheid, die combinatie van verlegenheid en flair.
Hij beweegt als Brel, ademt als Brel, laat zijn handen wapperen, en werkt zich in het zweet als Brel.
