Après un grand succès dans plusieurs villes du monde (ce qui lui a valu sa place dans la liste des incontournables de la CNN), l’exposition événement revient à Bruxelles. The Art of the Brick plonge les visiteurs dans l'univers de Nathan Sawaya : un monde plein de joie et de couleurs. Avec plus de 1 million de briques LEGO®, l’artiste a réalisé pas moins de 70 œuvres qui inspirent autant les enfants que les adultes à réfléchir sur le sens de l’art, un sourire aux lèvres. La collection comprend une grande variété de sculptures originales, mais aussi des versions réimaginées de certains des chefs-d'œuvre artistiques les plus célèbres du monde, tels que le David de Michel-Ange, la Nuit étoilée de Van Gogh et la Joconde de De Vinci.

Na verschillende steden te hebben bezocht en de lijst van CNN's 'must-see'-tentoonstellingen te hebben behaald, is het eindelijk weer terug in Brussel. The Art of the Brick dompelt je als bezoeker onder in de vrolijke en kleurrijke wereld van Nathan Sawaya. De kunstenaar heeft voor deze tentoonstelling meer dan een miljoen stenen gebruikt meer dan 70 werken gebouwd die jong en oud doen glimlachen én nadenken. De tentoonstelling biedt bezoekers een enorme diversiteit aan sculpturen, maar ook nieuwe versies van sommige van de belangrijkste kunstwerken ter wereld, zoals de David van Michelangelo, De Sterrennacht van Van Gogh en de Mona Lisa van Leonardo da Vinci.

After touring several cities and entering CNN's list of “Must-See” exhibitions, it has finally return to Brussels. The Art of the Brick immerses the visitor in the world of Nathan Sawaya: a cheerful and colourful world. The artist used more than a million bricks for this exhibition, creating over 70 works of art that can make adults and children smile and reflect. The collection includes a great variety of sculptures alongside re-imagined versions of some of the world’s most famous art masterpieces, such as Michelangelo’s David, Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa.
