Le Pataphysique Orchestra rassemble des amis musiciens amoureux du cool jazz des
années 1950-60, de chansons françaises en mode jazzy, de blues et de soul, ainsi
que des reprises de standards de jazz instrumental. Le concert sera en soutien à
l’Association Mitia (https://mitiamada.wordpress.com), qui signifie 'un amour
envers les autres' dans la langue malgache, dont l’objectif principal est la
scolarisation des enfants de rue et l'amélioration de leurs conditions de vie
dans une zone très pauvre du sud de Madagascar. Mitia finance des projets
principalement par des collectes de fonds en Italie et à Bruxelles ainsi que des
dons de particuliers et d'entreprises. Ses bénévoles seront présents au Cercle
le samedi 3 juin pour vous faire découvrir l’association et proposer une petite
restauration avant et pendant le concert. Tout l’argent récolté servira à
financer un nouveau projet : Réhabilitation du puits et construction du château
d’eau dans le complexe scolaire ‘"Paul Luke Stephano” à Ankoronga, sud-ouest
Madagascar. Merci à tous ceux qui souhaitent apporter une petite contribution

Orchestra brings together musician friends who love cool jazz from the 1950s and
60s, French songs in a jazzy mood, blues and soul, as well as covers of
instrumental jazz standards. The concert will be in support of the Mitia
Association (https://mitiamada.wordpress.com), which means 'a love for others'
in the Malagasy language, whose main objective is the education of street
children and the improvement of their living conditions in a very poor area of
southern Madagascar. Mitia finances projects mainly through fundraising in Italy
and Brussels as well as donations from individuals and companies. Its volunteers
will be present at the Cercle on Saturday 3 June to introduce you to the
association and offer a small catering service before and during the concert.
All the money collected will be used to finance a new project: Rehabilitation of
the well and construction of the water tower in the "Paul Luke Stephano" school
complex in Ankoronga, south-west Madagascar. Thank you to all those who wish to
make a small contribution to offer a better future to the children of Madagascar
