In 2016 besloten gitariste Catherine Struys en cellist Wouter Vercruysse om op scene een duo te vormen. Van bij de start spitsten ze zich toe op het verkennen van het originele repertoire voor cello en gitaar. Catherine Struys en Wouter Vercruysse: twee gepassioneerde musici die nieuwe paden betreden langs een repertoire waarvan we zelfs niet eens wisten dat het bestond. Een lovenswaardig initiatief van twee geïnspireerde muzikanten die kunnen beroepen op een solide techniek en zich uitdrukken met een poëtische zeggingskracht.
