Les Ateliers Fédé Pâtes s'invitent chez Tipi pour un atelier pâtes fraîches de
Bologne!
Dans cet atelier pâtes vous pourrez apprendre à réaliser une pâte aux œufs et la
travailler pour réaliser :
- Des tortelloni traditionnels de Bologne!
Ces pâtes sont parmi les plus typiques de la ville de Bologne! On préparera la
farce à base de ricotta de brebis et de vache, parmesan et persil, et on verra
le pliage de la pâte pour réaliser des tortelloni parfaits!
On les dégustera avec une sauce beurre sauge et parmesan
- Des tagliatelle!
Nous les découperons à la machine et au couteau, nous réaliserons la recette
"tagliatelle di San Luca" en version végé, c'est à dire avec des asperges et du
basilic !

After touring throughout Europe for the past year, MAMAS’ BOY is coming to
Brussels for the first time. MAMAS’ BOY has played in Barcelona, Vienna, Basel,
Zurich, and Prague, along with sold-out shows in Dresden, Luxembourg, Innsbruck,
Munich, and California.
Patrick Moore was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, and grew up on
a diet of love, attention, and tofu. From getting crystals as a Christmas
present to being certified as an energy healer at the age of six, his childhood
was never the typical All-American experience. Having two moms was just the
start.
MAMAS’ BOY is full of stories and jokes about Patrick’s experience growing up
with gay parents in the 90s. From his unconventional childhood in California to
his current life in Berlin with his German wife and family, the show provides
plenty of fun detours along the way!

Get to know Patrick:
Patrick Moore is a stand-up comedian based in Berlin. He was a runner-up in the
Berlin New Stand-Up Awards, headlined the Burning Mic Festival, and performs
regularly at Berlin’s top English comedy club, Cosmic Comedy. He has been
featured in showcases in the US and across Europe and runs a weekly showcase and
several other shows in Berlin. You can find his original sketches and his
podcast on all platforms @patmoorecomedy.

brengen we het park in het Museum en het Museum in het park? Mag je voetballen
tussen de Griekse vazen? (nee!) Kan je plaasteren beelden buiten zetten? (nog
eens nee!). Wacht, ik weet het: we gaan in het Museum op zoek naar kunst gemaakt
met natuurlijke materialen, of kunst die over de natuur gaat, makkie! En buiten
maken we nieuwe kunst met alles wat we in het park kunnen vinden. Land art heet
dat, ja zo worden we allemaal eco-kunstenaar!

Woning, fotogalerij, kraakpand, museum. Het Maison Hannon kende al verschillende
levens. Via de sporen van de restauraties ontdekken we samen de geschiedenis van
dit bijzondere erfgoed.
Wat is er zo speciaal aan dit ontwerp van architect Jules Brunfaut? Welke
decoratietechnieken werden gebruikt? Wat betekent het om een gebouw te
"restaureren"? Is het mogelijk de oorspronkelijke decoraties te onderscheiden
van de gerestaureerde?
Tijdens deze activiteit ontdekken leerlingen niet alleen de geschiedenis van dit
indrukwekkende gebouw, maar leren ze ook over ambachtelijke technieken en
restauratieprocessen die in het Maison Hannon werden toegepast.
