WISPER is organizing a three-day course for everyone who wants to experience the festival just a little more intensely than the average spectator.
Because why stop after the curtain falls? That’s when it gets really interesting. During this course we will watch performances at the festival, after which we will have a conversation with one of the makers or the actors. We will ask them about their work. What was it like to make or play this performance? Where did you get your inspiration? How was the rehearsal process? What limits did you encounter while creating the piece?
During the day, we actively and reflectively work around what we saw and heard the night before. We take a close look at the performance and uncover the layers that show exactly how such a performance is put together and came about. From there we will also play and experiment ourselves.

We will not re-make the play we saw, but we will apply its principles and techniques in playful assignments or thinking exercises. And we will see what it does to us as creators or players to act or realize in a similar way. In the afternoon and evening, we eat at the festival center. 
An eye-opener for anyone who thought theater begins and ends with the opening and closing of the curtain!
• WISPER organizes artistic courses in dance, theater, music, photography, visual arts and literature for beginners and advanced students aged 18 and up. WISPER sees arts education as a mission to both people and society. We believe not only in the social power of art education but also in the power of a diverse society.

WISPER organise un stage de trois jours pour tous ceux qui veulent vivre le festival un peu plus intensément que le spectateur moyen.
Car pourquoi s’arrêter après la tombée du rideau ? C’est là que les choses deviennent vraiment intéressantes. Au cours de ce stage, nous assisterons à des représentations du festival, après quoi nous aurons une conversation avec l’un des réalisateurs ou l’un des acteurs. Nous les interrogerons sur leur travail. Comment s’est déroulée la création ou la représentation de ce spectacle ? Où avez-vous puisé votre inspiration ? Comment s’est déroulé le processus de répétition ? Quelles limites avez-vous rencontrées lors de la création de la pièce ?
Au cours de la journée, nous travaillons activement et de manière réfléchie sur ce que nous avons vu et entendu la veille. Nous examinons attentivement la performance et découvrons les couches qui montrent exactement comment une telle performance a été créée et réalisée. À partir de là, nous jouerons et expérimenterons nous-mêmes.

Nous ne referons pas la pièce que nous avons vue, mais nous en appliquerons les principes et les techniques dans le cadre de travaux ludiques ou d’exercices de réflexion. Et nous verrons ce que cela nous apporte en tant que créateurs ou acteurs d’agir ou de réaliser d’une manière similaire. L’après-midi et le soir, nous mangerons au centre du festival. 
Une révélation pour tous ceux qui pensaient que le théâtre commence et se termine avec l’ouverture et la fermeture du rideau !
• WISPER organise des cours artistiques de danse, de théâtre, de musique, de photographie, d’arts visuels et de littérature pour les étudiants débutants et avancés âgés de 18 ans et plus. WISPER considère l’éducation artistique comme une mission pour les personnes et la société. Nous croyons non seulement au pouvoir social de l’éducation artistique, mais aussi au pouvoir d’une société diversifiée.

WISPER organiseert een driedaagse cursus voor iedereen die het festival nog nét iets intenser wil beleven dan de gemiddelde toeschouwer.
Want waarom ophouden nadat het doek valt? Dan wordt het pas echt interessant. Tijdens deze cursus gaan we naar voorstellingen op het festival kijken, waarna we in gesprek gaan met één van de makers of de spelers ervan. We vragen hen de kleren van het lijf. Hoe was het om deze voorstelling te maken of te spelen? Waar heb je je inspiratie gehaald? Hoe verliep het repetitieproces? Tegen welke grenzen ben je gebotst tijdens het realiseren van het stuk?Overdag wordt er actief en reflectief gewerkt rond wat we de avond ervoor gezien en gehoord hebben. We nemen de voorstelling onder de loep en leggen de lagen bloot die tonen hoe zo’n opvoering precies in elkaar zit en tot stand kwam. Vandaaruit gaan we ook zelf spelen en experimenteren.

We gaan het stuk dat we zagen, niet hérmaken, wel de principes en de technieken ervan toepassen in speelse opdrachten of denkoefeningen. En we kijken wat het als maker of speler met ons doet om op een soortgelijke manier te acteren of realiseren. ’s Middags en ’s avonds eten we in het festivalcentrum. Een eye-opener voor iedereen die dacht dat theater begint en ophoudt bij het openen en sluiten van het doek!
• WISPER organiseert artistieke cursussen dans, theater, muziek, fotografie, beeldende kunsten en literatuur voor beginners en gevorderden vanaf 18 jaar. WISPER ziet kunsteducatie als een opdracht naar mensen én naar de samenleving. Daarbij geloven we niet alleen in de maatschappelijke kracht van kunsteducatie maar ook in de kracht van een diverse maatschappij.
