How have you been as a kid?
Already by reading this question, emotions will start to appear in your body. We will let these emotions move us.
In these weeks we will create an intimate and safe environment together and research how our sensations and emotions can make us move. Contact improvisation, Somatic practices and Physical Theater will be mixed together to find different ways to initiate movements. Dance experience is not needed!
