Description
Agora brings a new perspective on the jazz piano trio. A deep personal connection transforms into music through improvisation and playfulness. In three years playing together, they have developed a solid sound that flows in unity exploring their compositions with a democratic and adventurous attitude.
In the search for their own voice, their greatest influences come from European jazz and classical composers such as Maurice Ravel or Olivier Messiaen.
A delicate and explosive sound brought by a band with a horizontal nature, where all instruments play a main role.
The Godown is excited to welcome the Agora Trio on 23 February 8pm - consisting of Evan van der Feen (piano), Ignacio Pintó (double bass) and Guy Abada (drums) - for a special, limited seats event, as the trio prepares to release their new album.
