The Museum of Spontaneous Art is pleased to invite you to the Jazz concert of the Trio Klos-Yu-Gabry, which will be held on august the 23rd from 7 p.m till 10pm.

On this occasion, the winners of the BD/NOUVELLE competition will be announced (see FB and website welcome page for more details if interested)

And in the back of our minds, the idea “I wonder what this would sound like if it had been composed in a more modern jazz style” can more than probably take hold. “When jazz and pop collide” was born of this idea, a quartet made up of Bruno De Smet (piano), Julien Derenne (drums), Sal La Rocca (double bass) and Nicolas Dewalque (guitar/arrangement) inspired by sounds such as Gilad Hekselman’s cover of “And I love Her” or Brad Meldhau’s cover of “Paranoid Android”,… Jamiroquai, Radiohead, The Beatles, Michael Jackson,… They’ll all be on hand to help you rediscover your favorite pop standards.
