With a Master’s in Clinical Neuropsychology from the Netherlands, passionate about mental health education, Mirjam will guide us through the fundamentals of mental health, sharing practical skills she teaches her patients.

As the holidays approach—a time that can evoke mixed emotions—Mirjam will also address managing the season's challenges, whether it’s being away from home or navigating family dynamics.
