Depuis ses débuts en 2003, le groupe a sorti onze albums studio. Ils sont connus pour avoir combiné des genres musicaux et différents styles de hip-hop tout au long de leur carrière et pour avoir abordé des thèmes lyriques variés.Après avoir donné des concerts à guichets fermés en Asie et en Australie, Epik High n'a pas l'intention de ralentir.
