Under the title We Are Now, this special anniversary edition pays tribute to the here and now, together with cultural parters such as Bozar, Flagey and Kaaitheater. No one embraces the magic of the moment more fearlessly than festival artist Patricia Kopatchinskaja. For her, every concert is a new beginning, a full moment in which anything can happen. Klarafestival 2025 paints a multifaceted portrait of Patricia Kopatchinskaja as a violinist, composer and inspiring presence.
Furthermore, look out for a line-up of international stars such as Wynton Marsalis, Bertrand Chamayou, the Danish String Quartet or Marin Alsop. And of course, there is also room for fine crossovers by ensembles such as Brussels Philharmonic, the Belgian National Orchestra, Revue Blanche and Ictus.
In honour of our 20th anniversary, we are launching a new tradition: for one day, Mont des Arts will be transformed into the Muziekberg /Mont des Musiques. Alongside performances at various venues, a new ensemble will also see the light. Sound of Brussels Orchestra goes in search of the exceptional sound of our capital, under the guidance of Fabrizio Cassol and Adèle Viret.

Tout s’embrase au contact de celle qui voit chaque concert comme un nouveau départ. Le Klarafestival dresse un portrait pluriel de Patricia Kopatchinskaja en tant que violoniste, compositrice et inspiratrice.
En outre, des personnalités internationales de premier plan sont au rendez-vous, telles que Wynton Marsalis, Bertrand Chamayou, le Danish String Quartet ou Marin Alsop. Qui dit 20e anniversaire, dit occasion rêvée de lancer une nouvelle tradition : le samedi 22 mars, le temps d’une journée, le Mont des Arts se transforme en Mont des Musiques. Outre la programmation de concerts et de spectacles dans divers lieux, nous baptisons un tout nouvel ensemble. Le Sound of Brussels Orchestra part à la recherche du paysage sonore exceptionnel bruxellois, mené par Fabrizio Cassol et Adèle Viret.

Niemand stapt de magie van het moment zo onvervaard binnen als festivalartiest Patricia Kopatchinskaja. Elk concert is voor haar een nieuw begin, een vol ogenblik waarin alles nog kan gebeuren. Klarafestival 2025 schetst een veelgelaagd portret van haar als violiste, componiste en inspirator.
Verder is het uitkijken naar een line-up van internationale grootheden zoals Wynton Marsalis, Bertrand Chamayou, Nelson Goerner, Marin Alsop en Danish String Quartet. En natuurlijk is er ook ruimte voor fijnzinnige kruisbestuivingen door ensembles als Brussels Philharmonic, het Belgian National Orchestra, Revue Blanche en Ictus.
Speciaal voor onze 20e verjaardag lanceren we een nieuwe traditie: op zaterdag 22 maart wordt de Kunstberg één dag lang omgetoverd tot Muziekberg. Naast concerten op verschillende locaties houden we een nieuw ensemble boven de doopvont. Sound of Brussels Orchestra gaat op zoek naar de uitzonderlijke klank van Brussel, onder begeleiding van Fabrizio Cassol en Adèle Viret.
