Narcisse & Friends: A Journey Through Dance Solos

Description

For 2025, the Narcisse Company will present the second edition of its solo dance festival. Under the title "Narcisse & Friends," four evenings of complementary dance performances will be offered.

During each evening, two dancers will evoke and interpret authentic stories—be they tales of love, solitude, or their own personal journeys. Only music and movement will guide these eight dancers through the twists and turns of their aspirations, their doubts, and their reflections.

How does each individual overcome their own challenges, their own past? Are there other stories, other destinies that inspire our existence? How does each person transcend the present moment, shaping their gaze toward the future? These bodies, moving closer or further apart against a musical backdrop, at times crescendo, will strive to bring forth answers, thoughts, and unique emotions to their own uncertainties...
