Ce concert-conférence permettra aux spectateurs d'approfondir leur expérience avec un répertoire large et intrigant qui comprend un mélange de sons traditionnels et contemporains interprétés par des musiciens sur scène et les explications de la musique de Jung Kang YOON. Le public pourra entendre les histoires derrière les pièces et les performances des commentaires de Jung Kang YOON.

Duygu Alkan (vocal), Julia Tavit (piano), Şükrü Kirtiş ( ney) blend colourful soundscapes from classical Turkish music and Anatolia. They will perform traditional and classical tunes from Anatolia. Duygu Alkan is a Turkish singer based in Netherlands and a master alumni of Codarts University (Rotterdam) and bachelor of music from Ege University ( Izmir).Throughout her musical career, Duygu has been performing in established venues in Europe and Middle East and has shared two EP albums with prominent musicians. In her musical career which spans over 10 years and includes 2 solo albums as well as three prestigious Award nominations by the Turkish Ministry of Culture. Julia Tavit started her piano studies with Maretta Khacaturyan, at age of 11 was admitted to the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts State Conservatory. She attended the Manhattan School of Music Summer School in 2016, where besides the Piano courses she refined her skills in composition and Chamber Music playing. In 2018, she was awarded the second prize in the New York Golden Classical Music Awards International Piano Competition and she was invited to perform a Solo Piano Recital at Carnegie Hall, USA. Currently, Julia Tavit is studying at Codarts University with Stephan de May. Sükrü Kirtis, born in Amsterdam, was introduced to the ney, a precursor to the modern flute, at a young age. With the support of various teachers and ney players, he developed into a virtuoso player and performed concerts in venues such as the Royal Concertgebouw, Meervaart, and Theater Zuidplein. In addition to performing concerts with the NBE (Nederlands Blazers Ensemble), one of the leading orchestras in the Netherlands, he participated in programs in various countries such as France, Belgium, and Germany. Musique tsigane de Roumanie 100% bruxelloise, Depuis les années 30 jusqu'aux débuts des années 90, la musique populaire roumaine a connu de grandes phases de succès à l'étranger. Dans les années 30, Bucarest était nommée le petit Paris, et les airs de tango ou de cabaret voyageaient d'est en ouest, que l'on soit Piaff ou Maria Tanase. K.G. Westman is one of Europe´s foremost sitar players in the field of North Indian classical and semi classical music. As a senior disciple of Pandit Rabindra Narayan Goswami he has performed in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Egypt, Europe, USA and Russia as well as for radio and T.V. Due to training in both Indian and Western Music, he also makes an excellent teacher and conductor of workshops regardless of the background of the participants. K.G. Westman is one of the founders and main organizers of the Stockholm Sangeet Festival, Scandinavia’s most prestigious event for Indian Classical Music and dance, which has run continuously for over 15 years. The interest in Indian Music began when his father moved to Kerala in 1996. Already an accomplished guitar player and recording artist, he tried his hand at the Saraswati Veena, before making up his mind that the sitar was the instrument for him. Then in 2004 he started to learn the basics of sitar technique, raag and taal, first from Stian Grimstad, then also from Anil Singh of Dharamshala, before he was accepted as a student of Goswamiji in 2006. In 2017 the classical album Sonashish was released on the Kolkata label Bihaan Music, in 2022 the Swedish-Indian-Egyptian collaboration KG Westman & Zaعfaran and in 2023 an album featuring the self composed raag Anandpriya. ARUP SENGUPTA doesn't need any introduction to Hindustani music lovers in Europe as he regularly performs with renowned Hindustani Musicians throughout Europe, India and the US. "Tzigan" (Gypsy Tango Trio) formerly Zingaros, is an Argentinian trio with violin, accordion, guitar and vocals, who blends eastern gypsy music with tango and jazz. Their concerts are distinguished by a great musicality and virtuosity, making an exciting performance.
