FAQ's
1. Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event due to illness, COVID, or any other reason?
Unfortunately, according to our policy, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled. However, you have the option to resell or transfer your tickets since we do not require names for entry. Please note that contracting COVID or any other illness does not qualify for a refund. Please note that we do not issue any Eventbrite credits for missed events.
2. Can I resell or gift my tickets to someone else?
If you find yourself unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer or gift your tickets to someone else, as we do not require attendees' names for entry.

3. I haven’t received my tickets/confirmation email. How can I find it?
In many instances, guests who are unable to locate their tickets may find that their email address was misspelt. Additionally, if you used PayPal or Apple Pay, your tickets may have been sent to the email address associated with those accounts. If you still cannot find your tickets, please contact us at info@the-rock-orchestra.com
4. Can my tickets be transferred to another event?
If there is availability, ticket transfers are possible. Please contact us at least 48 hours before your original event at info@the-rock-orchestra.com for further assistance. Please note we can only accommodate transfers within the Eventbrite platform. If you purchased tickets via the venue/ATG/Ticketmaster we will not be able to transfer your tickets.
5. Will there be more tickets available if the event is sold out?
If the event is sold out, we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.
6. Is there a waiting list for sold-out events?
We do not have a waiting list. However, you can check for resale tickets on Twickets, an official fan-to-fan ticket resale platform:

7. Do you offer concessions for disabled attendees?
If you are a wheelchair user, please book the Wheelchair/Accessible ticket directly through Eventbrite. This ticket already includes free entry for your carer.
For some events, the wheelchair tickets have to be booked via the venue directly. Please check the event description for information.

8. Is the venue accessible?
Our events take place in various locations across the UK. Please check the venue's website for information on accessibility.
9. I purchased an Access ticket. Where is the ticket for my Carer?
The Access ticket already includes an entry for your Carer, meaning that 1 ticket admits 2 people.
10. Is this event safe for someone with epilepsy?
There is some strobe lighting used throughout the event. Please keep this in mind while booking your tickets.
11. Is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code for the event. Rock and Roll attire is welcome. If you lack inspiration, you can purchase Rock Orchestra branded T-shirts and hoodies from our Merch stand at the event.
12. Can I request a song/ a shoutout/dedicate a song/ propose at your show?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests of this nature. Due to the high volume of similar inquiries and the intricately choreographed nature of our show, it would be challenging to make adjustments without impacting the overall experience. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
