We’re delighted to invite you to a special Maternity & Baby Clothing Swap Event, where sustainability meets community care! 🌱👗 This edition is not only about refreshing your wardrobe and your little one’s, but also about supporting the vital work of the Simavi Foundation in creating safe access to water for women and girls in countries like Uganda and Nepal.
All Proceeds from the Event will be donated to the Simavi Foundation!

- Swap for a Cause: Proceeds from your ticket directly support Simavi’s mission to stop “Sex for Water,” ensuring safe and equal access to water for women and girls worldwide.
💡 How It Works
- Bring Your Items: Hand in up to max 15 clean, gently-used maternity or baby clothing items before the event.
- Earn Points: Each item will be categorized by quality and value, earning you points to “shop” for new items during the swap.
- Swap & Enjoy: Use your points to refresh your wardrobe and your baby’s essentials while making a positive impact.
📋 Eligible Items for Swap:
- Maternity wear
- Baby clothes
- Accessories (e.g., baby hats, mittens, scarves)
- Diaper bags and other baby gear in good condition
❌ We Cannot Accept:
- Broken or damaged items
- Dirty or stained clothes
- Used undergarments
🌟 Meet Our Organisers
The Swap Club organizes swap events through Amsterdam for sustainable re-use of textile resources.
Charissa Promes, a maternal mental health advocate and Miss Universe North-Holland finalist, will join us to share her insights on motherhood and sustainability.

Your participation supports the Simavi Foundation, which empowers women and girls in countries like Uganda and Nepal by providing safe water access, reducing their vulnerability to exploitation.
