These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between :

And any individual or legal entity wishing to use the paid promotion services for cultural offers offered on our website www.pro.culturius.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer").

By accessing and using our services, the Customer unreservedly accepts these GCS. Any order placed implies the Customer's full and complete acceptance of these GCS.

We offer paid promotion services for cultural offers accessible in Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. These services include, but are not limited to, the broadcasting of advertisements, the highlighting of events and promotion on our online platforms: Culturius and Culturius Magazine.

Orders may be placed via our website. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular if the content does not comply with current legislation or is contrary to our values.

Any order placed for content that does not deal with Culture as we define it is contrary to our values.

Culture is "all the artistic or intellectual productions of a society, created via different media, often aesthetic, for the purposes of entertainment and/or enrichment of human knowledge".

The prices of our services are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but the services will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.

Payment is made when the order is placed by credit card or any other means of payment accepted on our site. The order will only be considered effective once the agreement of the bank payment centres has been confirmed.

All payments are final once the services have been delivered and will only be reimbursed in the event of a justified reason from the Customer with supporting documents. No refund will be made in the event of a breach of these GTC or the GCU.

Our Services are considered delivered as soon as they are put online or broadcast in accordance with the terms agreed when the order was placed. The delivery time for services may vary depending on the nature of the service and will be specified when the order is placed.

In accordance with current legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of validation of the order. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have already been performed or whose performance has begun with the Customer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

We undertake to provide our services with all possible diligence. However, we shall not be held liable in the event of delay or non-performance of services due to force majeure or events beyond our control.

All elements of the site (text, images, logos, etc.) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with our confidentiality policy (see "Privacy Policy"). Customers have the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data, which they may exercise by contacting us.

These GCS are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts. In the absence of an amicable solution, the Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear any disputes relating to these GTCS.

We reserve the right to amend these GTC at any time. The new general terms and conditions of sale will apply as soon as they are posted on our website.
