BALEIA BALEIA BALEIA are Manuel Molarinho (bass and vocals) and Ricardo Cabral (drums and vocals). It's a rock duo, based in Porto, Portugal inspired by punk's DIY spirit. They're motto is simple: talk about serious subjects lightly. They're focus is contemporary realitiy's inexhaustible source of absurd ideas. The stage is the band's natural habitat, they are always on the road being one of the most active in the Portuguese underground scene. The performances are often long, they're energy and visceral poetry have been constantly praised by the public and critics. Shows often end in collective catharsis.
