DE STEEK CLOTHING SWAP + CUSTOMIZATION STATION

At De Steek, we’re committed to sustainability and reuse. That’s why we’re hosting another Clothing Swap on March 29nd at Van der Hoopstraat 84HS! Join us for an event where you can exchange your unworn clothes and give them a second life. It’s a great chance to refresh your wardrobe in an ethical way while enjoying a fun, community atmosphere.

We’ll also have a customization station at our main location at the Van der Hoopstraat 70HS where you can customize any garment by yourself with the help of our designers. Please make sure to get a ticket that includes the customization workshop.

Also, we are baking some lovely cookies and cupcakes again in solidarity with Kantamanto. As you might have noticed on the 1st of January, a devastating fire destroyed the Kantamanto market in Accra, Ghana, one of the largest second hand markets in the world. Join us at De Steek's clothing swap to support Kantamanto through our fundraiser. We will bake different vegan goods that we will sell and donate 100% to the Or Foundation.

How does it work?
- Come to De Steek at Van der Hoopstraat 84HS on March 29
- Bring as many garments as you like and hand them at the entrance - we will check and sort them for you
- We don't work with a token system

A couple of house rules:
- Make sure the items you bring in are in good condition and clean
- We won't accept ripped, damaged or dirty items. Also underwear and socks are not welcome ;)
- Buying clothes with the purpose of selling is NOT allowed. (If we have suspicions we will ask you to leave the swap)
