Attilio Sepe Quartet – NEW ALBUM

Attilio Sepe, sax; Marco Marcelletti, pianoEmanuel Van Mieghem, double bass; Gabriel Moraes, drums The band was built during Attilio Sepe’s stay in Belgium, where the Italian pianist Marco Marcelletti, the Belgian double bassist Emanuel Van Mieghem and the Brazilian drummer Gabriel Moraes live. This cultural variety translates into a band with multiple expressive possibilities, capable of taking different directions and improvisational risks. The repertoire is varied as well, including both pieces from composers like Wayne Shorter, Chick Corea and original compositions from its own members. The band has already performed on various stages in Belgium and in Italy, also in collaboration with the italian legend of tenor saxophone, Maurizio Giammarco. Attilio Sepe recorded an album with this quartet that will be published by WoW Records label in 2025.
