Romantasy Fair 2025

Romantasy Fair is a one-evening all-inclusive event combining a Book Festival and Fantasy Ball. Throughout the evening, you can meet authors and get your book signed, join workshops and shop for magical items and limited editions. When you think you’ve seen it all, we will transform the venue into a magical Fantasy Ball with cosplayers, music and fairytale aesthetics.

About the venue

Set in the enchanting The Orangerie in the heart of ’s-Hertogenbosch, Romantasy Fair 2025 promises a breathtaking experience like no other. This stunning venue, known for its historical charm and fairytale ambiance, provides the perfect backdrop for a night filled with Romantasy magic. With its elegant architecture and lush surroundings, The Orangerie will transport you to a world where fantasy and romance come alive, making it the ideal place to celebrate our love for Romantasy books, authors, and characters. The Orangerie is a short ten-minute walk from 's-Hertogenbosch Central Station. Paid parking is available in the St-Joseph Street Garage, a one-minute walk from the venue.

All authors, vendors, cosplayers and other creative performers and workshops will be announced soon.

Practical information

Romantasy Fair is 18+. IDs will be checked at the door. Photos and videos may be taken and used for promotional purposes. Refunds are only issued in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organization. Reselling is allowed.

Ticketholders for Romantasy Fair 2025 receive the following:
