Concert x Performance x Work in progress ---- Tijdens dit solo concert wordt het publiek betrokken in Lara Leliane's onderzoek naar kwetsbaarheid. Met als centrale vraag, 'is het zich kwetsbaar opstellen een zwakte of een kracht?' ---- De titel verwijst naar het Nederlandse én Franse Nu’. Zowel de notie van radicale openhartigheid als de live belevenis vormen de pijlers van dit nieuwe werk, gebaseerd op een reeks autobiografische teksten rond de complexiteit van de traumaband en de zoektocht naar emancipatie. De voorstelling is opgebouwd rond de stem en de vleugelpiano. Door ervoor te kiezen om zichzelf te begeleiden op de piano en om te zingen in het Frans stapt Lara bewust uit haar comfortzone. After her first two (2) albums she had the honor of being listed as “one of the Top500 Jazz Singers” in the book, The Jazz Singers – the Ultimate Guide.  As well as, “”worthy of wider recognition”  honor from the Dutch music organisation ,Buma/Stemra.Ms. Kline has appeared on 9 albums that show a wide variety of color in her voice. Though her voice lends itself to the classic jazz sound.  Her taste in music and projects is eclectic.
