Le Kinograph, pop-up cinéma coopératif, a vu le jour en 2019 aux anciennes Casernes d’Ixelles (See U). Il doit temporairement fermer ses portes pour des rénovations et trouve ainsi une nouvelle maison à Flagey. À partir du 1er septembre, les partenaires historiques Cinematek et Flagey s’ouvrent à une nouvelle collaboration tripartite avec le Kinograph pour l’exploitation du Studio 5 - Agnès Varda sous le nom Cineflagey. Créer des ponts entre patrimoine et nouvelles sorties, ainsi que mettre en avant le cinéma belge et le documentaire représente les axes important de cette programmation commune.
