Julie talks about all things Parisian without taboo: Why Parisians become crazy on bicycles, why French people speak English so poorly, why people behave so badly in the metro, what's the French kiss, why Paris isn't as romantic as everyone thinks... She tries to answer this question: What does it mean to be a Parisian?
