L'ASBL Propaganza, se place comme incubateurs d'artistes. Le collectif réunit une trentaine d'artistes émergents et confirmés, aux styles différents. Leur but est de promouvoir et de rendre accessible le street art et le graffiti. Propaganza porte une intention particulière sur le dialogue et le partage entre les artistes et le public, notamment à travers des expositions.L'exposition Fresh Meet rassemble neuf artistes urbains émergeant, tous évoluent sur la scène Bruxelloise.

The ASBL Propaganza is an artist incubator. It brings together about thirty emergings and established artists, with different styles. Their goal is to promote and make street art and graffiti accessible. Propaganza focuses on dialogue and sharing between artists and the public, notably through exhibitions.The Fresh Meet exhibition brings together nine emerging urban artists, all of whom are active on the Brussels scene.
