After a sold out run of the "How To Cheat on Your Husband" Comedy Show in the
Netherlands (11 cities, 18 shows, and almost 2000 people talking about
cheating), Luana is trying to tell another funny story. How she met her
therapist, and how she changed her life. Be ready to laugh, be open-minded, and
sometimes be talked or be asked weird question you don't even need to answer!

About the show: What It’s Like to Be a Comedian Doing Therapy With a Therapist
in Ukraine?The show follows Luana, with her family, relations and somehow
"petty" problems, and her therapist in Ukraine dealing with real issues. They
both start to break the rules, make each other laugh in the hardest times, tell
each other exactly what they think and making huge, tumultuous changes to each
other's lives.
This is the somehow real story of Luana's and her therapist's personal story.
The show is interactive, heart-warming, based on humour driven from honesty.
Even if you are uncomfortable being completely honest because a topic is very
deep or too dark in your mind, going there and experimenting with it will pay
off in the long run. **This is a comedy show, not a political event**
Who is Luana?
L uana Matei (RO), originally from Romania, she lived in Tokyo for 12 years
before getting trapped in Amsterdam during the lockdown. Her jokes range from
family & therapy, love & sex, marriage, divorce, cheating and loss; in no
particular order. In 2022/23 she began extensively touring Europe with over 200
packed shows (120+ sold out) entertaining more than 16,000 people. Her comedy is
dark, insightful, and deftly encapsulating her experiences living and traveling
around the world! She takes vulnerability to another level, pushing the
boundaries of "How soon is too soon?"

In de docufilm ‘Mohammed, hoe het allemaal begon’ onderzoekt Salaheddine de
prille beginperiode van de wereldgodsdienst islam, waar nu bijna twee miljard
mensen zich aan toeschrijven. Hoe heeft dit geloof de mensen in het 7e-eeuwse
Arabië bereikt? En wie is Mohammed, vrede zij met hem?
Cafébazen Bart & Guy proberen met hun band voor het eerst eigen werk. Waar beter
dan in hun veilige thuishaven. Verwacht Blues, Americana en hier en daar wat
psychedelische jams.
Jong Versterkt presents Lezard & Koala Disco
Lezard:
Met één been staat Lézard in het David Byrniaanse tijdperk, met het ander in de
underground post-punkscene van de jaren 80. Het is in de regel de kameleon die
van kleur verandert, niet zomaar iedere hagedis, maar die natuurwetten lapt
Lézard aan hun laars.
Frontman Neil Claes brengt vergezeld van 3 ijzersterke muzikanten een
bontkleurige en meerlagige set op een stijgend en dalend tempo en waarbij ze hun
invloeden van XTC, Talking Heads en hedendaagse post-punk acts niet onder de
banken steken.
De geometrische en dansbare sound van hun muziek wordt ondersteund door
projecties van digitaal verwerkte analoge beelden, goed voor een donders en
energiek gesamtkunstwerk.
Koala Disco:
Een vijfkoppige postpunkband uit Antwerpen, België. Wij heten je graag welkom in
onze maffe wereld van onzin, fluctuerende emoties en ongecontroleerde chaos. We
vertellen grillige verhalen van onsterfelijke honden die zich naar verre
planeten wagen om een plek te vinden om te sterven, tot kreeften met
mama-problemen. Het lijkt allemaal onzinnig, maar dat is het eigenlijk niet. Het
geluid is sterk beïnvloed door hedendaagse Psych en helden uit de jaren 80 als
Byrne en Bowie, maar laat je niet te veel vasthouden aan genres of invloeden.
Het is tegelijkertijd een beetje van alles en een beetje van niets.
Over de voorstelling
Iemand: "Doe nu eens rustig, man! Laat het allemaal los."
Bert: "Oké... maar hoe dan?"
In zijn tweede muzikale solovoorstelling 'Stroom' gaat Bert Van Puymbroeck op
zoek naar 'inner peace'. Hij neemt het publiek mee in zijn zoektocht en dompelt
hen onder in zijn ontdekkingen over de mind-body connectie. Gefascineerd en
gebiologeerd door de menselijke psychologie ontrafelt hij de schoonheid van
jezelf ontdekken op een 'alternatieve' manier.
Een verbindend gesprek tussen een zoekend publiek en een zoekende mens.
Wat vooraf ging
Voor deze nieuwe theatervoorstelling is Bert in gesprek gegaan met therapeuten
en coaches uit de alternatieve gezondheidszorg en coachingswereld. Hij was
benieuwd naar een andere blik op de wereld. Hij ontdekte tijdens zijn
vooronderzoek een aantal op het eerste zicht rare en bizarre methodes en
therapieën. Hij probeerde tijdens de gesprekken het hoe en waarom van sommige
methodes te ontrafelen en vroeg de geïnterviewden: Wat is 'inner peace'? Hoe kan
ik het zelf ervaren?

Bio
Bert Van Puymbroeck (1992), hij/hem, is al zijn hele leven gebiologeerd door de
menselijke psychologie. Als theatermaker, singer-songwriter en therapeut
onderzoekt hij telkens in zijn werk diepe menselijke behoeftes zoals verbinding,
intimiteit, seksualiteit en veiligheid.
In 2019 is Bert voor het eerst te zien met zijn eigen werk op het Antwerp Queer
Arts Festival, gevolgd door zijn eerste single ‘Mijtijd’. In 2022 ging zijn
eerste solovoorstelling ‘Op zoek naar een man’

steeds in Vlaanderen en Nederland. Bert werd in 2022 geselecteerd voor de
voorrondes van Cameretten en stond in 2023 op het eerste Utrecht Queer Culture
