RUUPTUUR is a performative act of political, poetic and intimate change. In a festive DIY ritual with teenage overtones, four centauress-cyborgs transform the art of friendship and sensation into a lethal weapon of empowerment and release. This serves to help us transcend the ruptures that are currently in progress by invoking our lost love and toxic relationships with the prevalent socio-political systems.

Le spectacle RUUPTUUR est un acte performatif du changement, qu’il soit intime, poétique ou politique. Dans une sorte de rituel festif et DIY aux tons adolescents, quatre centauresses-cyborgs transforment l’art de la copinité et de la sensation en arme fatale d’empuissancement et de lâcher-prise, pour transcender les ruptures en cours, en invoquant des amours parties en vrille ainsi que les relations toxiques avec nos grands systèmes socio-politiques.

In een soort feestelijk doe-het-zelf ritueel met adolescente boventonen, transformeren vier centaure-cyborgs de kunst van vriendinnenschap en sensatie in een dodelijk wapen van empowerment en loslaten, om de breuken in de vooruitgang te overstijgen, om beroep te doen op scheef gelopen liefdes en giftige relaties met onze grootste sociaal-politieke systemen.
