Having been close friends for over 20 years, Casimir holds cherished memories of receiving plies of Brad’s hand-written charts from the master himself via fax since 2001. With a background in performing music from video games, the ReTRio will draw contemporary parallels between these beloved tunes and Mehldau’s masterpieces, showcasing how they have influenced and shaped Casimir’s own musical journey.
